Category 1 lenses are lightly tinted, we call them comfort lenses. They are suitable for aesthetic use and for low light levels such as at the beginning or end of the day. They protect the eye perfectly from UV (100% UV filter) but filter small amounts of light.

The frame of the glasses is made of 45% organic polyamide sourced from castor oil.
