The Empty Flag design was created as an alternative to the Aboriginal flag whilst Clothing the Gaps campaigned to #FreeTheFlag and raise awareness of the Aboriginal flag copyright issue.
The flag was freed on 25.01.2022 and the empty flag lives on as a symbol of the impact of political fashion - it helps that it looks cool too!
