Fill the frame covers 55 years of photographer Andrew Chapman’s work as a documentary photographer predominantly capturing life from a ‘Fly On The Wall’ perspective. As Andrew has gone about recording life as unobtrusively as he could, that style that has served him well, for more than half a century.
From the days of cutting his teeth as a young photographer at The Vietnam Moratoriums, to his extensive coverage of Australia’s political and social landscapes, his portraits and extended visual essays, and on through to his coverage of 21st Century life, his enthusiasm for his craft has never waned.
With an introduction by international photojournalist Dr Michael Coyne and essays by veteran journalist Alan Attwood along with photographer/academic James McArdle, his book provides a visual meander across the landscape of the last fifty five years.
Fill the frame is a quality book, employing exceptional reproduction standards. It is published by The Ten bag Press and is proudly printed and produced within Australia.
